National seminar on Waste material Arts was conducted on 22.09.2016 (Thursday). The resource persons were Mr. Mahendira Raj from social work education, Vidya kala mandir, Badarpur, New Delhi and Mr.Bheeraj from Mahatma Gandhi Ashram for Disabled children, New Delhi.
